Spout is getting advanced enough that people are starting to make plugins with custom items and blocks. None so far are very interesting, but the future holds promise.

Since I would prefer to keep a fairly vanilla server, I will probably not add much, especially since it would require all players to use Spoutcraft, but Im looking forward to Mobs added by Spoutcraft.
